The Best Music Video Ever; "I No She Wants Me Back" by RAED

I simply had to post it.

The man. The myth. The legend. He’s the Thunder from Down Under.

Don’t let the slick production values of the video distract you from the haunting beauty of the lyrics.

Now I know who it is Taylor Swift isn’t getting back together with.

And his exquisite singing voice - it’s like k.d. lang and Julio Iglesias had a baby!

If you like that one, you’ll love this one - and there’s plenty more where that came from!

I guess it’s Eminem’s fault for making it look so easy.

A new genre of music: man who lost grip of the fence and fell down a hole rap.

I wish RAED and Rebecca Black would have a baby. Mind: blown.

What. The. Fuck. Was that?

We no you h8t us Rick. And I no the English language is officially dead.

Has he got a seriously itchy STD?

How on Earth could that guy catch an STD?

Does off-gassing from the RealDoll count?

Yeah, right. Like this guy is ever going to be successful enough to be able to afford a RealDoll.

“Melki, get off that damn fence and get your butt over here! This dry wall ain’t gonna hang itself.”
“Sorry, boss. Can my cousin stick around? We rented the camera for the whole day.”
“Fine, just no rapping while I’m here. We talked about that. I don’t know why I let your uncle talk me into hiring you.”

I wouldn’t be too hard on this guy: It’s a pretty big achievement to create a song when you’ve obviously never heard one before.

  1. The RAED Appreciation Society has 584 members on Facebook.

  2. Raed’s musings on his Facebook page are pure poetry and in no way resemble the ramblings of a deluded, semi-literate halfwit.

I agree, I’d never consider him “semi-literate” . . . or even a “halfwit.”

I’m pretty sure it’s a joke. But it’s still hard to watch.

He’s got quite a lot of videos.

He isn’t kidding.

I find this one really emotionally compelling. When he raps, “Aint waste no time ain’t got no tima wais / Canya tell I ayna sploh a shi an evvy day / So many Moe waffles suh moffa bull / An I doe wah stress ommana,” it really speaks to me.

I think the man himself said it best when asked to post his lyrics: “later but for now il let uzz try work it out criptic coded raps im loaded”

Oh… oh… I feel so bad for hating it. This man is so courageous for posting rap videos on youtube to help him take his mind off that stroke.

Er… he DID have a stroke, right? Nobody could be THAT incomprehensible naturally, right? RIGHT!?
