Yes, I really enjoy watching Penny and Sheldon interact; and this was one of their best, I think. Great scene!
I know it’s rude to yuck another person’s yum, but whenever I see people here and elsewhere stanning for ‘Shenny,’ I keep trying to figure out what the hell they’re seeing that I’m not seeing. Not only does that pairing not work for me on any level, but I consider Sheldon Cooper to be the most unlikeable character in the history of fiction. It would make me happy if he spent the remainder of the series as a literal punching bag.
I always enjoy Seeing Sheldon and Penny together; they have great chemistry as unlikely friends.
As a romantic couple, though? I just can’t see it, and never even considered it to be on the table.

Yes, this is my take on the situation, as well. As friends, they’re fantastic and funny! But I have never seen Penny and Sheldon as a romantic couple. No way! Ain’t that sort of chemistry happenin’ between them, in my opinion.

This is the most hilarious and apt description of early Howard. Yet I still find Sheldon more annoying.
