The Bundys are at it again.

All that guy has in stock is AR-15s, which are a god-given right to all humans. As long as the other half of your half-orc fighter is human, god says yee-haw! Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary bag of dicks as well.

Okay, I tried that but all he gave me was a bag of magic goya beans and a vial of oil that he claimed was from the Great Serpent of Boguslovia. Are you sure you gave me the correct password?

Get it right, please, it is Boogerglob Yugoslavia

A black protester would be pulled by the arms as he was dragged away and arrested–Bundy got to sit in a padded chair while he was dragged away and arrested. Double standards!

White privilege is fuckin sweeeet. If you’re white.

Fuck off, terrorist.

Headline: Ammon Bundy Arrested . . .

If only this turd, once arrested, would stay arrested.

He’s become as much of a chronic troublemaker as George Zimmerman.

Arrested again. Again wheeled out because he refused to stand/walk.

Any chance that he won’t be given bail this time, since he has shown no interest in obeying that particular law (or any other that annoys him, but that’s a mostly separate issue)?

I’m wondering why the judge doesn’t hold him in contempt.

It is not a trial. There is no judge. It is legislative proceedings.

Troopers served Bundy… a No Trespass Notice on Wednesday that prohibited him from being in the building and ordered him to leave, but he refused, according to state police.

Duly served with such a notice, and then willfully violated it. Contempt.

What, are their tasers busted?

I am assured that you cannot trespass someone without tazing and tackling them.

wait,

what? “totalitarian of the circumstances” ?

Reading the first phrase, I had assumed you were quoting a press release from Mr Bundy.

So, he meant ‘totality’ and auto-correct screwed up? That would still make it a poorly constructed and officious phrase.

Thanks. But there is such a thing as “contempt of [legislature]”, isn’t there?

AAUI, “contempt” applies to individuals who are “invited” to participate in a proceeding of some sort. Gate-crashers are uninvited and thus may be charged with trespass, criminal mischief and/or creating a disturbance. And, if the individual behaves properly before a judge, they cannot be charged with contempt merely for violating a restraining order. They would be charged with some other thing. Contempt is the one open-ended charge that has few or no limitations on its application, so it tends to be used, uh, judiciously.

A legislative session is extremely restricted. People may be allowed in a gallery, but only legislators, their aides, some security and perhaps pages are allowed on the chamber floor while a body is in session. Barging into a session is a very, very wrong thing to do.

Douche Canoe Bundy strikes again:

I haven’t had a chance to watch the videos, but just reading what he did makes me feel sorry for those around him. He gave the coach a hard time for “not standing for freedom”? I used to get embarrassed sometimes for other yelling parents at games, but this takes the cake.

This guy has tried so hard to stay relevant since his big alt-right moment with so little success - he reminds me of the high school football player that peaks at 16 on some fall Friday night and then spends the rest of his life trying to recapture that moment.

Every now and then I check out their “People’s Rights” social media.

Apparently he has been involved in a few attempts at starting a new stand-off but he and his group have been spectacularly stupid and they get played. Someone will make up some “help, the gummint is oppressing me” story in order to get them involved in a property dispute or child custody case, they show up and make a lot of noise, they then find that the issue is very clear cut and the people they’ve supported are completely wrong by any metric, they slink away with their tails between their legs, take down the social media posts and pretend it never happened.

They’ve has better luck at being noticed with their mask protests. Dude’s a true believer and he’s also dumb as a rock.
