Don’t. They have those in one of the vending machines at my work and one of my coworkers tried them. Took us a while to figure out that the little white pellet things were onions.

While on exercise I have eaten IMPs (Individual Meal Packets). Some are better than others.
In some, a very dense piece of bread - with a Silica packet (DO NOT EAT).
It’s not bad - the bread, not the silica.
Better than Ham Omelette anyway.
