No. I thought there was a rule against choosing someone famous only for their illness, but on checking post #1 see no such rule. Was I imagining this rule or did we have it in previous years?
It rings a bell for me, but I’ve seen this game other places, and so I may not have seen it here.

There’s some dispute on that every year, and I believe the rule is that people famous just for their illness are discouraged.
However, I’d say Mrs. Tomlinson was famous for her fundraising efforts and marathon feats, even if they did stem out of her own illness.
