Ug. I feel you. Last friday I had a Dr appointment for 3:10. Got there at 2:50, was not seen until 4:20. No apology, no explination, nothing. And they made me sign some sort of patient agreement form when I started going there about them charging me for no shows. I was NOT amused!
Hmm they shut down our email for maintenance at 4pm and wont be back up till 8pm. I has a urge to depart, must resist and last 45 more minutes. Sigh.
Howdy from da cave. Tonight is Evening Prayer night over to the church house. Or, rather, since it’s Lent we’re doin’ those soup ‘n sammich Agape supper things. I am not goin’ tonight. I’s tahrd, not really hongry and just don’t wanna go out again. So I shall join the heathens veggin’ in front of teevees and magik thinkin’ boxes tonight.

I was watching dr phil to see some woman who sent $180,000+ to a man she never met. They are in love. She refuses to believe she is being scammed. I got interrupted and missed the second half. Now I’m trying to catch it on another channel and they interrupt with breaking news.
Snow here in Central OK today. Which caused much chaos on the roads this morning. The snow is now mostly gone but another storm comes through tonight.
We desperately need the water but could it not be in the form of rain in stead of snow? People around here cannot drive at the best of times you throw in a bit of snow twice a yea and it is bedlam.
I am running out of things to keep me occupied so I am headed home in about 30 mins I think.

Well, I just did something I would never have expected me to do. I sent in my resume for an engineering position working on a team that does flight simulators and trainers. **FCD **said it’s not a good company to work for, but what the heck. I don’t expect to have a job much longer where I am thanks to the sequester, the return of another draftsman, and a general drying-up of workload. I’ll be curious to see if I even get a call back - it doesn’t take a genius to do the math and figure out I’m old…
Time to knit.
