Microprose had a series of outstanding games know as the Command Series, including Crusade in Europe. The series also included Decision in the Desert and Conflict in Vietnam. A lesser known one based on WWIII in Europe was eventually taken off the market.
So fans of this series: Which games do you know of that come close to the playability of this series? Anyone been able to get the old games running on a modern computer? I’ve tried it with Crusage in Europe but no luck. I’d pay good money for a remake of the games which retained the playability of the originals.
