Kennedy Center board votes to rename it ‘Trump Kennedy Center’
It was originally named the National Cultural Center – by law
S.3335 - National Cultural Center Act
Then, in 1964, Congress passed a law changing the name:
20 USC CHAPTER 3, SUBCHAPTER V: JOHN F. KENNEDY CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Now the center board, chaired by Donald Trump, decides the name is up to them, not Congress.
Trivial? Yes. A lot of the steps, along the road to full dictatorship are trivial, by themselves.
