I was going to put The Beatles for #2, but then I read #4 and got all confused. I guess I’m banking on everyone else making their #4 The Beatles and doing something else for #2, just for variety. #6 and #7 were REEEEALLY hard to even think of one example, until I went into my Music folder on my computer. I don’t know any palindrome bands besides ABBA, but they’re probably the most popular anyway.
KISS! HOW COULD I FORGET KISS?!

*My first thought was Average White Band, but I figured that was too old school.
You know several band names would fit into multiple categories. Cream- color and Eric Clapton; Average White Band - band in the name, color; Red Hot Chili Peppers - color, food. Just sayin’. Not complaining.
Waiting to see if anyone throws out Herbie Hancock as an answer to number 9…
I couldn’t think of any palindrome bands - and then I reread the question. Acronym=/Palindrome

Dolores: Don’t feel bad – my entire life I have thought a dipthong was a two-consonant combination sound, & proudly used it that way.
Last night, I found out it’s a two-vowel sound. How embarrassing.
