The site is called the Dialectizer. What you do is provide it with a URL and it will promptly display that page with the selected style of “dialect”: moron, redneck, cockney, etc.
Of course I tested it with the Straightdope home page rewritten in redneck. Suddenly the adage about fighting ignorance became a bit meaningless…
