The Disappearing Journalist and the Submarine

Hey!

Just what has been implied, here?

Ookay. Looks like I was wrong. The guy’s a full-fledged lunatic.

Ursula coming out of the water…

Wait…From the article :

(bolding/graping mine)

Huh? Something doesn’t add up.

1/6 + 5/6 = 1

Just realized that the body was presumably washed ashore, hence could be found by a cyclist and the area being searched by divers.

Pieces of the story, or pieces of…her?

It is hard to kept ahead of the story.

Like she accidently wandered into the submarine’s laser shark tank?

Update: a headless body has been found on land that is being tested to see if it’s the journalist: http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/22/europe/kim-wall-denmark/index.html

I caught that, too, and just said to myself, “Forget it. They’re on a roll.”

The Danish police says that “there are no signs that the body isn’t Kim Wall”.
They’ll have dna from the body tomorrow and will then compare it to Kim Walls dna.

My friend Kim Wall's disappearance in Denmark shows: female journalists face danger everywhere | Sruthi Gottipati | The Guardian

“Purina crab chow” is an (informal) term of art in accident investigation for a reason. You don’t normally recover “bodies” from the bottom. You may recover “chunks”. Or not.

“The current situation is that there is a torso in which arms, legs and head have been removed off as a result of deliberate cutting,” said Jens Moller Jensen of the Copenhagen police.

Damn you!!!

I knew what that was going to be but I clicked the link anyway!!! :smack:

The police has confirmed that the torso is that of the missing journalist. Which always seemed most probable, but not certain.

Also, it was found with pieces of metal attached to it.

Remains of blood was found in the submarine, and if I am reading it right it was the blood of the missing journalist.

Police are looking again at other cases.

Some people are accident prone.

RIP, Kim Wall. :frowning:

Tribute article.

Ugh, so sad for Kim Walls and her family.

Madsen certainly lives up to his name.
