If you don’t know how to build a poll: make a reply, click on the gear icon, choose “build poll” and follow the options. Emojis can be choices in the list of poll items. You can insert up to 20 items in a poll and (I think?) 20 polls in a post.
Also very fair game to use multiple emojis per poll item. Make a little story to vote for or against.
