Please tell me that this isn’t real. I went to art school where I minored in fashion and I have never seen anything like this in my life. Everything about these outfits is exactly what we were told is wrong.
Is there something the matter with Jacobs? I used to like his work, but this entire collection mocks the female form. Please look at the makeup and hair, the shoes and accessories in relation to the dresses, and the back views on all of these, and tell me why this man is in business.
Well if it makes you feel better I got some black pearls in Med School too.
He’s in business b/c some people like to watch girls walk funny and wear their hats upside down. Nuttin’ to do with the female form–the only question there with fashion–ever, and make no mistake–is how much of it we men get to see through the clothes.

It doesn’t look any more nuts than other catwalk displays that I have seen. We already know that the fashion industry is weird and pointless, so what’s new?
Besides, the end of civilization began when men started wearing baseball caps backwards.
I thought that all fashion designers hated the female form…
