I think he’s saying the supposed victim turned out to be over 18. Since the info given in other posts over the many years isn’t conclusive who knows?
It’s confusing. John Doe 27 a.k.a. “Jimmy” from the original post (from 2014) would appear not to be the same guy as Johnny Benjamin Napier who (according to a post by Isilder in 2017) was covicted and sentenced in 2015, but as a fugitive was called John Doe 12 by the feds.

Now jaguarman9991, a new poster who seems to be familiar with porn videos made by “Jimmy” pops up to ramble about how the videos are old and the girl was 18 and he’s dead now and people are stupid. Doesn’t convince me of anything; why was the FBI after this guy? Why did they claim they had ID’d him and an arrest was soon to happen? Why no follow-up?
Some other internet sleuth can perhaps dig into this, I don’t really want to.

Ok so was Tangokid (aka Jim & Amber) the guy or was it someone else? This is still unclear to me… I love their videos. He’s hung and pervy and obviously kept her coming back. Shame to hear he’s dead
