    Its been 35 years since I played Monopoly, I went by memory except for #10. I googled, The only theme edition I ever saw was Ga Tech Monopoly, I am pretty sure that would not get any matches.

The only thing I can think you mean here is the “Advance token to nearest Railroad, and pay the owner twice the amount he is otherwise entitled, if the railroad is unowned, you may bay it from the bank”

And I did that from memory. Its scary.
