We are up to 52 dopers.
How do you guys want to do the lists - one long one and two short ones consisting of 26 dopers or do you want to do four short lists of 13 each?
Let me know what you guys think.
Either one long ~52 person list, or two ~26 person lists would be ok with me.
(I know I originally said I could do ~ 20… but my finances look good for this months, so what the heck, sign me up for the long list)
13 postcards sounds better to me, but I’m open to whatever the general preference is… 26 would be just fine as well…
I guess I better head out on my great hunt for postcards soon…
(I can’t wait to actually have a reason to go check if I got any mail in the mornings… actually maybe getting 26 postcards would be kinda cool…so, in conclusion, whatever is fine with me )

I say go with 4 of 13 and 2 of 26. That way someone can request an additional 13 if they wish.

You could do two groups of 13 and one of 26.
Of course, the numbers get a little screwy if someone requests an extra list, because then he or she needs to be added to that list, so that list becomes a list of 14…

I guess what I means was four groups of 13 and a poster could request as many groups of 13 (up to four) as they want, with the choice between 1 and 2 being the most common.
I’m a little confused about the logistics.

Yeah, I like the four groups of approx 15 (some new people seem to be jumping on the fun train). Sounds like a pretty reasonable number.
I bought a few postcards today. There sure are some pretty bad postcards out there. Anyone interested in a postcard with a picture of the Swedish royal family? Maybe I should just head out with my digicam and take pictures and turn them into postcards like the cheesy xmas cards I see that my mom gets sometimes. (This is the family all wearing santa hats…)

I make out list and email them to you guys on the 5th of April. You mail post cards to the people on your list, you get post cards from people who have your name on their list. In theory, you should mail out about 15 ( more if you want more names ) and you should get about 15 cards- may be more if some dopers want the long ( everyone ) list.
