The Great Odini (yes, with kitty pics!)

So as I mentioned in this thread , we’ve adopted cat #4 (the very last, there will be no more!). He’s settling in well although the others are very curious as to what’s in the spare room…

He’s quite a lot spunkier and more confident than he seemed at the shelter - lightening quick for a kitten, and we’ve called him Odin - but nicknamed The Great (H)Odini since he is a master of disappearance despite us trying to block every small gap in the room with towels! I think he will drive us crazy (which is what we get cats for, after all, right?)

Let the Squeeing begin!

Sqeee!

Moving thread from IMHO to MPSIMS.

Awwww what a cutie.

Why is his ear green?

adorable!

a fine feline indeed.

and seeing your new boy reminds me. i haven’t posted any pictures of of speck (aka miss magnolia) in ages and ages. must remedy that…

she’s all grown up and climbing the window screens these days.

Awwww… he looks almost exactly like my Ariel.

If the resemblance also carries over to personality, boy oh boy are you ever in for some fun times - she’s incredibly smart and devious, but she seems to prefer to use her powers for evil.

Here’s HRH Cleokatra, Bane of Mousies, Donuts and Moths, still bouncy and ornery at age 14:

Cos I like to paint my cats? Why? Doesn’t everyone?

It’s because he’s been microchipped in that ear, and they use a gas cannister to tattoo his details on his ear - in a few weeks most of the green will go and he’ll just have a little number barely visable. if he gets lost, anyone who finds him will be able to return him to us based on the national register.

Awww…he has a big head! Love it. What a cutie.

He looks like a baby Leo… So cute!
