But not too much concern; wouldn’t want her to sprain her brow furrowing it.
And you certainly wouldn’t want it to affect how she votes.
What happens if she’s affronted? Or perturbed?
Anything short of crestfallen is fine.
So “miffed” is on the table then.
You guys are getting way ahead of yourselves. We need to let her progress to “deeply concerned” before we even think about moving on to miffed let alone disturbed. This is a very delicate time in the life cycle of an empty suit and a sudden change of adjectives could cause permanent damage to her brow.
Aaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnd another cat flees in terror from the guffawing human whose lap it has just vacated.

Politico: Inside Kevin McCarthy’s vengeance operation against the Republicans who fired him — Allies of the booted Speaker have identified their biggest targets
Allies of the booted speaker have identified their three biggest targets: Reps. Nancy Mace, Bob Good and Eli Crane.
He deserved it, but I am not going to begrudge at least making them sweat. I mean they’ll ALL bow down to You Know Who in the end but fair enough if he can make them burn through some of their campaign funds when they did not expect to.
Johnson pushes forward with a baseless impeachment and can’t even get it passed. What a fucking clown show.
Republican lawmakers quickly predicted they will bring it back up once Majority Leader Steve Scalise returns from his undergoing treatment for blood cancer.
And lost the second vote of the night as well.
They are going to try the impeachment thing tomorrow when they will have one more vote.
Yes, Steve Scalise missed today’s vote due to cancer treatments. That SHOULD be enough to pass it if everyone sticks to their guns (the vote failed 214-216 but one Republican supporter switched his vote to “no” so that he can make a motion to reconsider – otherwise it would have been a tie).
It’s interesting that all of those New York Republican “moderates” who were supposedly aching to reach across the aisle to forge a bipartisan consensus voted to impeach.
It’s funny how prosecuting Trump in court for different charges than he was impeached over counts as double jeopardy to Republicans, but holding a second vote to impeach Mayorkas doesn’t.
And how they were pushing for a solution to the border issue, but if they impeach Mayorkas, are we supposed to think they’ll be quick to confirm his replacement?
No but he won’t get convicted in the Senate so the point is moot

He seemed such a nice man.

Ah, Maxim 29. Always something to remember. Especially in war and politics.
Press on.
