I’m looking for the revised 93 one. Amazon doesn’t have a copy; ebay just sold one for 20$ including s/h (damn!), and on AllBookstores.com I find a few copies for 70-90 dollars.
Anybody wanna sell a copy through ebay or elsewhere for less? 30-40$ w/ s/h (ebay’s is $6) is my ideal.
