I probably would.
Some reviews are saying that the woman who stars (she’s the one in the middle) manages some pretty good acting and character development, which is pretty remarkable, given the role’s limitations. I’m also curious how and why the Mad Doctor was supposed to have worked this – the engineering problems alone seem immense (if you dopn’t strain-relieve things, those people are going to pull apart, even if they don’t try to), as do the medical ones (If they are truly joined, then he must be encouraging their circulatory systems to join – which will help alleviate the nourishment issue, but your subjects must be virtually living on anti-rejection drugs.) Whatever he would be trying to achieve would be more trouble than it’s worth.
Of course, it’s not suppopsed to be realistic – it’s a nightmare fantasy. You can see similar horrors on many art websites, if you look. I;m not at all into coprophagy (I find it particularly gross), but there’s a sick fascination to the concept.
