So I ran into GNC today just to grab a water and a (yummy) protein bar, and as I was being rung up at the register I was offered a few free samples of some new products they were featuring. One of these products was a “fat-burning cream”; which was supposed to be rubbed on the skin, where it would “burn calories”. 
Now maybe my skepticism was heightened by the fact that the clerk offering me this magical cream was, in fact, himself a portly lad who it seems would have been an ideal candidate for such a product. That is if the product had any effect other than to cause one to lose weight from one’s WALLET.
The next way to lose weight without putting forth one iota of effort will always part a fool from their money.
