The Impostors by Stanley Tucci

I just rented this on iTunes and really, really enjoyed it.

Parts of it were a bit over the top, but all in all the film was humorous and kept me interested and glued to it.

I picture this as having been great to see in a theater; there were lots of parts that I imagine would have filled a theater with laughter.

I’m surprised that I had never heard of it. I love when I stumble upon a gem like this.

sparky!, I’m so glad you posted about this hilarious movie. I love it too. Isn’t it great that Tucci made a Jambon D’Or award, the Golden Ham, to present at the end of each day of shooting to the actor who had given the hammiest performance of the day? And there’s so much cheese to go with the ham! I really like the scene in the pastry shop.

We need many more movies like this.

Totally agree. As an actor it’s nice to see a movie where it’s a bunch of actors having fun. It may not be deep–I like deep, don’t get me wrong–but it’s a lot of fun,

Love this movie. It’s just a classic farce with an amazing cast.

I love Hope Davis and Tony Shaloub.
