I would definitely not say it’s as bad as bestiality, since you’re at least dealing with another sapient being as an equal, but I would still imagine the horse- or deer-parts to be rather unappealing.
I’ll go with something similar to what Ale said: I could see a relationship, but not sex.
I would totally bone a centaur, and imagine what it would like to date one and go hiking with him/her! All the power of a horse to carry your pack or even yourself, without needing to deal with a non-sentient being!

I’ve heard those called “humantaurs”, or “girltaurs”; “boytaurs” being the male version obviously. There’s an entire family of kinks involving duplicated/extra body parts like that.

I was expecting to be freaked out, but the one and only picture I found of a female humantaur wasn’t that bad. I actually could understand the fetish, as it looks like a normal girl standing straight up, with another girl behind her with the head between the first’s legs, in perfect standing doggy style. (ETA: arms are between the legs too, I guess.)
It also made me notice something I’d never thought of before. A Centaur is not half-person half-horse. While you do have half of a person, you have much more than half of a horse: only his head is removed.
I don’t interact much with the nether regions anyway. But I’d have to check out his mouth to be sure it’s human . . . horse teeth can be dangerous.
