If that 40 mile long convoy was targeted by the US alone and/or NATO, it would be neutralized in under a day by coordinated B52 carpet bombing as Predators pick off fuel trucks and cause immoveable traffic jams followed A-10 Warthog Tank Busters strafing the entire smoking leftovers.
I heard about this a few days ago. While I don’t doubt that a lot of the things in it are true, Hunter Biden doesn’t hold public office, and it rivals some of the accusations made against the Clintons back in the day.
He probably endorses this kind of thing too.
Interesting that he’s changed to supporting Biden now, then. I guess he assumes his base won’t see the flip flopping, and won’t see all of this was for show, proposing things that won’t get passed to appeal to their emotions.

I also wish the people of Ukraine were not suffering the way they are!! There is no way I would show the restraint and wisdom the West is showing now. I am afraid if I was in charge I would be just as small minded and reactionary as my friends and neighbors (or even Trump himself-- God forbid!)

I had to “introduce” my sister to Stan Rogers this morning, so, I imagine there lots who didn’t get it.
You can add me to the list of people who have no idea who Stan Rogers is.
Was, unfortunately. He died when his plane caught fire in the early 80’s. He was a Canadian folk singer from the Maritimes (east coast) with an amazing voice. He always had a fairly dedicated following, at least in Canada, but his popularity seems to have grown recently. A few Stan Rogers classics, if anyone is interested:

I still get angry about that. The plane caught fire because a passenger sneaked a smoke in the bathroom. Rogers died from smoke inhalation from all the melting plastic.

A great singer and song writer. I never heard him in person, but had the privilege of meeting his brother Garnet at a house party a few years ago and hearing him sing some of Stan’s songs.
