I lost several of my books in my five-years-old divorce, and I’m slowly buying them back on eBay. I’m going through the Tom Clancy books right now, and at a few dollars apiece for hardcovers, it’s not a bad deal.

A non-working laptop for parts to get another laptop working. An eBay rarity: it was actually better than the ad! So now I have a working laptop plus a bunch of laptop parts to sell on eBay. The latter will actually sell for more than I paid for the non-working one.
