Well, according to Grean Bean (I think), it’s . . . (posts/months) + (months*100). If that quantity is greater than 400, you’re no longer a newbie.
The problem with that is that we have people like handy who have scores of like 3.5 million for that. Mine is only about 1100 or so.

Yup. Grean Bean said this was the basic premise behind the whole thing. So I have 1180 or so, but Welfy has around 2200, if not more.
