Personally, I think he made a bet with someone to see how many list threads he could make before he was stopped.
I think I was in CS the other day and refreshed the page and eleventy-billion top 5 threads appeared and I was about to rant about it somewhere when my wifi cut out. When I checked back in I saw I was not the only one annoyed by it both here and in ATMB and was glad I didn’t have to rant about it.
Then I thought he was definitely trolling when I saw one of the threads (top 5 Tor Johnson films) but I realized it wasn’t Zeldar’s but SnowBo who was most likely attempting a parody. I can understand Bo’s frustration but when there are already a gazillion threads making another one as a parody is probably not going to have the effect you want and will get you included in Zeldar’s pitting. So I am tacking SnowboarderBo onto Zeldar’s pitting and including anyone else who decides to take up even more space in CS by making parody threads.
It’s been one day. How fast do you think threads normally drop off the first page?
Yeah Bo’s parody thread was a little too much like the genuine article. Many are taking it seriously. It could have had promise, but not sure it will turn into the kind of thread Bo was hoping for.
Or maybe he is a huge Tor fan and I’m being whooshed.

Am I wrong in not thinking that this thread had to be posted in the Pit? If all you’re doing is asking Zeldar why he like polls so much (as the ATMB thread is covering the “don’t post so many at once” part), I would think the mods would be okay with that in MPSIMS.
When I asked him, he just said he figured he was wired differently than everyone else. He wonders why the things he finds interesting don’t interest everyone else.
He’s also said he’s a big fan of the “unpopular threads will fall off the page” idea. There’s this one thread he kept bumping to just have a conversation about posting habits on the board which got closed, and he thought that was silly.
But he was also extremely gracious about it, so I doubt he’s offended at all about being asked to pull back on the polls.
