The Librarians (new TNT show--spoilers probably)

Just re-watched it - forced myself I did.

The Camelot thing is actually tied up rather neatly - While they are talking to Cassandra the Good Witch - she says that DuLac wants to reset time to Camelot - where he was at the height of his power as was magic. No other motivations/threads needed.

I liked the hints dropped and how the entire season pulled together, We still ahve to wonder Jenkins/Galahad’s roll thruout and its a fun little show.

The real question is

a) can we keep Cassandra the Strong please?

b) What happend to Du Lac ?

Jerry O’Connell shows up in an ep where his wife “slides” between Earths. Clever.

It could very well be tied up neatly in the story line. But,on the other hand, they let Morgan go with a big shiny flag on it, They haven’t brought Arthur or Guenevere as characters in at all, Lancelot disappeared without explanation, and there are dozens of other characters unexplored at all. They could have a many season story line if they wanted.

Agreed - We have no idea where they will take it - and I have little doubt that Morgan is gone for good.

More Freudian, they had him stick a classic phallic symbol into his wife.

Go ahead - you know you want to!

Variety is reporting season 2 was ordered. 10 episodes for the fall. I was hopeful of more episodes; but good news.

Cool.

Great. TV needs a few more fun shows like this now and then.

New season stars Sunday!

Anyone else as happy with the season ender as I was? contented sigh

Yep. I love this show, and the happy wackiness of it. Its a great plotline.

And I’m happy Season 3 is coming.

I’m kinda pissed. I didn’t even notice the season had started until flipping a couple days ago. It was interesting, but pretty confusing. I checked up on wikipedia and realized I watched the season finale first. :smack:

I liked it, but I loved the “time loop” one.

I figured out it was a video game seconds before he did and felt very proud to be right. As much as I love the current crop of great & groundbreaking shows, it’s also nice to have some just pretty good, entertaining, mid-tier shows as well.

^I really liked that one, too, amarinth.

Noah Wylie is so much better in this role than he was in the dreary Falling Skies, and Rebecca Romijn as Colonel Baird is great, too. They have good chemistry together.

And no Magic Space Child! :dubious:

I’m still enjoying this show. The characters of the 3 Librarians and Jenkins really make the show work for me. Noah Wyle as Flynn is not as strong to me but then his Librarian movies were pretty weak so maybe no a surprise. The Eve character is growing on me, Rebecca Romijn is slowly creating a good character.

John Larroquette is very awesome in his small doses.

Season 3 started about 30 minutes ago apparently. For those like me who like the show, but completely missed info about the new season.

I caught the end of the first episode of the season “And the Rise of Chaos” and it had a vision of what this season will be about.

The ultimate battle between good and evil. Well, we’ve never seen that before.

It’s the Ultimatiest.
