The "Make Fun of Herman Cain" Thread

Oh, and just in case you’re wondering, “At least one,” means “one will do, but if you feel like providing more, that would be OK too.”

Just to make sure you’re getting it. I’m beginning to think I unfairly insulted boxes of rocks.

AFAIAC, you’ve won the thread.

I’m not twelve. I’m 28. That comment is a meme.

Really? I thought it stems from him being a Republican.

Bachmann did, several weeks ago.

Welcome to the SDMB, YoDoc.

First time I’ve seen that meme surface, FWIW. 'round these parts, you’re more likely to see memes based on goat-centric initiations of new members, certain posters with an affinity for sheep, and pan-fried semen.

Also penis ensuing.

Hope you enjoy your time with us!

I don’t want to make fun of Herman Cain, he was funny when he was a fringe candidate with no hope of winning. Now that he is the leading republican candidate i am giddy with hope that he does get the nomination. Herman Cain could be the best thing to happen to democrats in 2012, lets not blow it for him.

Did he ask you to blow it for him?

fair enough…
I’m not really a cat or anything

Humph. Back in my time, Internet memes actually meant something!

Well that would be a silly thought . . . 'cause it’s obvious, to me at least, you’re a sentient Schrödinger box.

CMC fnord!

Yeah, that was back when it was still possible to be aware of all Internet memes.

Never heard of it. Cite?

It’s not a good meme, but it is one.

Didn’t Lincoln symbolically signed the 13th amendment? (Or maybe I’m thinking of another President/Amendment). Anyways, maybe Cain was just saying that he would put his stamp on it, as it were, to emphasize how important it was to him.

Yes.

From today’s HuffPost: HuffPost - Breaking News, U.S. and World News | HuffPost
The money quote:
When reporters tried to ask about the allegations following Saturday’s debate, Cain interrupted.
“Don’t even go there,” Cain said before the reporter from The Washington Post could finish his question.
“Can I ask my question?” the reporter said.
“No,” Cain snapped.
“Please send him the journalistic code of ethics,” Cain instructed his chief of staff, Mark Block.
Apparently the journalistic code of ethics now conviently includes a ‘don’t ask Hermie any questions Hermie don’t wanna talk about’. :dubious:

Love it! Because if you don’t talk about it, of course it never happened.

That’s actually a pretty good deal. I’d vote for that.

Oh, Granpa! That is so AOL!
