Sandra Dee
Hmm…
Couple of interesting plays here.
Tammy & The Doctor
Apparently you and I are the only two of the right age and gender to remember Miss Dee’s work, Maureen.
Peter Fonda.
Ulee’s Gold
Jessica Biel
Note to Twickster: the only Gidget I remember is the TV series with Sally Field. Even that was in reruns (I was born in '62).
Blade: Trinity
I’ve not seen that one yet, but unless it’s a huge departure then I’m guessing that Wesley Snipes is in it.
LOL. He was also in Too Wong Fu, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar
Only thing I’ve seen him in, IIRC, is To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything.
Drat!
Patrick Swayze.
He was so likeable in Donnie Darko.
Mary McDonald is underappreciated, imo.
Even more so when she performs under that name.
Mary McDonnell was in Passion Fish (he says, deftly avoiding KC)
As was Alfre Woodard.
Who turns out to be the best straight (wo)man ever in Scrooged.
What? You all know by this time I like cheesy movies.
Poop. Never have a big glass of wine on an empty stomach and then post.
Carol Kane
Hester Street (lots of relative unknowns in the cast, but at least one supporting performer who’s instantly recognizable)
“Relative” unknowns? :dubious:
Doris Roberts – her I’ve heard of.
I’ve not heard of that movie, nor anyone in it (save Carol Kane). Don’t know Doris Roberts, either. I do check IMDB for stuff I’ve never heard of, mainly to see why I’ve never heard of it. Then I sit here and wait for one of you other geniuses to come up with something.
Ok, now that I see her picture I know who she is, and I might have been able to tell you that she’s in Everybody Loves Raymond (not a film, folks!). Maybe. She’s one of those faces I know but not terribly sure why.
