MPSIMS is fast approaching the big-time odometer roll over point. I happen to know that this momentous occasion will occur on my birthday, August 22, at 11:03 PDT. Anybody think otherwise?

Post your guesses here and the winner will receive a handsome plague (A what? Oh. I’m sorry Simpson. A plaque) commemorating this historic achievement.

And since this isn’t The Price Is Right you can be over or under but closeness (and neatness) counts.

I’ll keep track of any (or both) entries and won’t we all have fun then, ya betcha!

I think we’re chattier than that. I actually have no idea what an average day’s numbers are, but I’m going with August 10th at 2:13pm. And, no fair cutting back on your posting. :stuck_out_tongue:

When I posted originally it didn’t occur to me that someone might try to sneak in at the last minute, like at 999,989 posts.

Maybe we could do something like this at regular intervals and watch more closely as the time approaches.

My computer clock says 4:52 PM CDT as this is being submitted. I know that’s about 9 minutes off from SDMB clock.
