Nah, it’s what the world would look like if population and country size corresponded - i.e., the most populous country in the world gets the biggest country in the world, second most populous second biggest, and so on down the line.
ETA somebody should do that for the States and see how it works out. My money’s on NY and CA getting Alaska and Texas.
