The Office "New Boss"
That’s good news for me because I forgot to spoiler box that last one. :smack:

Should I contact a mod about that? They’re listed at the bottom of the main Cafe Society window, just PM one?
Nah, it’s a thread about an episode that already ran. The fact that it contains spoilers should be self-evident, I’d hope.

Whew… I just want to be respectful, and figured everyone would know what we were talking about at that point anyway.

weight lifted

Bear in mind that in the last episode Michael lost a ton of money on their number 1 account due to his golden ticket promotion. It may even had turned out ok for Michael except he acted like a buffoon in first letting Dwight take the blame before seizing back the credit when things turned out positive. And David had a first hand account of this very unprofessional behavior. David could very well had concluded that the Scranton branch has been doing well in spite of Michael instead of due to Michael. Who knows if David hasn’t concluded that anyone else more competent could’ve gotten even more profit out of the Scranton branch.

He actually made a ton of money after they switched all their bussiness to DM.

I’m sure Michael still helps get, (and keep) a fair number of clients. If David demotes Michael back to salesperson, he risks losing him. Filling the (Jan and Ryan’s old) position with a no-nonsense guy who helps David relax a little would SEEM like the perfect solution.

Wasn’t that when Kelly was talking about them having a kid who’s half black and half Indian? Or was that later?

I think that was immediately after. It was the “seduce” line that I couldn’t make out; I played it back three or four times and just couldn’t understand it for some reason.

Dude, me too! Good call, Bricker. I was remembering him in the real estate business.

Makes his cameo even more interesting, I say.

I find it a little amusing.

I recall in an early scene in the wire where we see him in a business class, with his glasses and his notebook. And I’m thinking he is an oaf gangster, and quite out of place, even though it’s a smart move for his business. And now he is here, doing pretty much the same thing, just played straight.

I am trying to catch up on the old episodes. Can someone tell me where to find all the dvd’s for cheap or discount.

That’s a good point, I wonder who runs “the office” now? Jim gets a promotion when Michael moves up the ladder?

Now that would be pretty interesting.

Netflix, Hulu, your local video rental store, etc. etc…

He is a rising star, An “A” list Actor. Eloquent, gifted, talented and regal. Idris has 3 fb sites with over 2,000,000 woman waiting for him to speak daily. American Gangsters, taken, gospel. He is british and distinguish and the most devalued actor I’ve seen. We are waiting for the next DENZEL WASHINGTON an uncompromisingly dominant actor. Obessed was good it could have been better if they went and little deeper into the life of his stalker. We are starved for a astonishing talented and sexy actor of his caliber. Where are all the romantic leads? Where is our Brad Pitt? Majority of his fans are woman but he does gangster movies, scary movies. He doing an alien movie next. Does anyone see us longing for a romantic lead.

IDRIS ELBA is a “A” list actor he has been in American Gangster, Taken, Gospel, Daddy’s little girl, 3 fb sites with over 2,000,000 woman awaiting romatic leads Please no more tv, scary, superhero, alien, gangster movies. woman are starve for an actor of his sexy and distingushing talent for romantic lead roles only.

That would be cool. And he’d find a sympathetic audience.

He sounds hot.
