The need to make Dwight and Andy best pals from here on out. They can lamely gang up on Jim and make rude comments to Angela together. The two of them together would be way more annoying to everyone else then each of them alone.

This seasons actually been pretty solid if you ask me. I know for me it’s been a hell of a lot better than the first half of last season.
Compare this to Dwight’s characterization of Angela as “eager” and “flexible.” Are they sure they’re having sex with each other?

He, along with Andy, seems to be done with Angela. He didn’t like discovering that she had slept with Andy twice.
ETA: Oh, and in case you didn’t know, Angela was the one who had given Dwight the bobblehead, in the second season IIRC.
It was a gift from Angela.
We also saw earlier in the episode how he used it to signal her that he wanted to talk.

I thought he often used it a signal for “let’s rendezvous for sex” by moving it to the edge of his desk. Then he did the fake out move it towards the edge then pull it back and throw it in the garbage as if to say “no more rendezvous with you”.
It’s a great deleted scene I wish this had made the cut. This could have been a good hour-long episode
