The Ongoing Weird Earl's Thread

The much beloved Weird Earl’s section on the main SD page has gone the way of Saturday-morning children’s programming, crushed under the soulless heel of “modernity.” So as per Ed Zotti’s suggestion, we can use this thread as our own Weird Earl’s. Just post the links you feel are deserving. Remember spoiler boxes for any questionable content.

The Weird Earl’s archive can be found here.

And I’ll get the ball rolling with Ed’s own contribution of the First Annual Philadelphia Rube Goldberg Machine Contest‏.

Long live Weird Earl’s !
In celebration, here’s some SUAVE STEPPIN’

This is not so much “weird” as strangely… predictable.

Now, THIS is weird! FUCKING weird!

(Or should I say non-fucking?)

And once you’ve recovered from that, there’s more.

Hey, is there anybody out there?

THIS REALLY QUALIFIES as *** Weird!***

I’m glad this thread hasn’t died.

But this might just kill it.

Not trying to threadshit, but this obsession seems weird.

It reminds me of the Japanese soldiers after WW 2 who refused to believe the war was over, and stayed on Pacific islands for years after.

This guy is serious, too! Quite serious, man!

I could buy that he is serious about the Scooby Doo stuff, I’ve seen fundamentalists seriously spout that kind of nonsense before, but I have difficulty believing that the cat thing isn’t a joke.

It goes against Christian Theology to say that some living creature was not created by God.

They’re Magically Delicious

Yeah, they are both parodies by the same fellow. I was expecting someone to shake their head at my apparent serious take on them. I knew before posting the nature of the pages, but felt it too “weird” to pass by anyway.

Because of the “Poe” factor, I doubt anyone would think less of you for tentatively considering the first to be authentic.

With bones inside?

Oh, how I love me Strawberry Smiggles!

Weird Earl’s LIVES! Yay!

That’s where I left it! I keep misplacing that damned thing.

I don’t even know how to describe this. It’s not really safe for work so I’ll spoiler the link.

Okay I’m going to have to admit that was weirder than mine.
