Hah. Wait until you are 60. The term “one rogue hair” is an oxymoron.
I have a hair that grows out of the very tip- top of my ear. It drives me crazy if I know it’s there, until I pluck it out, and then it comes back again.
Ah yes, rogue hairs that come back again - just like this thread.

Another data point: I’ve got blonde hair and will occasionally find a single black hair, though it’s usually close to where other hair would normally grow.
Between my eyebrows I get a single, fast growing hair that is very thick & strong. Seems to be straight . Often I get one normal hair in the eyebrow that comes straight out.
Neither of these are always in the same place, just more an area.
I have had at least two of these in the past, and at least one as recently as a month ago.

One long, RED hair (keeping in mind that I have dark brown, essentially black hair everywhere else) got to around 4 inches long growing mid-way across my pec, about 3 inches lower than my collarbone. I plucked this one two or three times at least half a year apart before it seemingly stopped growing.

One on my back that is white or transparent. My wife noticed it a couple times and plucked it each time, most recently about a month ago.
It’s nahd a tumah!
I have one enlarged pore, about midway between my breasts and my navel. I always figured that’s where the stem was. 
I’ve got a black one that sprouts on my mid-thigh. Been plucking it for 25-30 years but it just won’t give up the ghost. A couple of the transparent ones have showed up on my chin in the last couple of years. I’m hoping these won’t be so stubborn.
