What do you all recommend as a side-dish to go with swordfish steaks? I picked 'em up in the grocery store thinking they’d be fun to try, and realised I have no idea what they’d taste good with.
Swordfish is a hearty meal, so choose something which can stand up to the bolder flavor. Treat it like you would beef or salmon. Some nice French of Italian bread, have some fun with vegetables - I suggest grilled asparagus witha spritz of olive oil. Avoid spicy flavors which might class with the simple but savory swordfish.
Came in here to suggest grilled asparagus with lemon, but was beaten to it.
What about some nice flluffy mildly flavored rice? Isn’t there a lemon rice dish? Or one of those white and wild rice mixes, one of the milder flavors?
