The most exotic PB sandwich I had was at Beach Week in 1988. PB on bread and then covered with chex party mix. We all agreed that it was actually quite good.
Other than that, I like raisins and cinnamon on a PB sandwich.

Back when I could eat sugar and carbs (which I will likely never be able to do ever again) when a standard pb&j sandwich wasn’t enough I would make it a double-decker: three slices of bread with two layers of filling.
You have good taste.
When I can find good fudge, I always get Rocky road fudge. So good.
For now, peanut butter on a corn tortilla. Mmmm. Might add cinnamon.
