Crowd waiting for a Green Day gig to start. Bohemian Rhapsody is played on the PA. This made my morning.
Sometimes I really like people

Interesting overlap between Green Day fans and Queen fans. I’d like to see the Venn diagram.
I enjoyed that!
That was really cool!
The most noise that’s ever been made in that shithole stadium …

(Also, is there a person alive who doesn’t start to bang their head, Wayne’s World-style, when they start the rocking part?)
There is another video shot from the opposite side where you can make out a bit more detail in some parts. Very cool.
I shot a concert by classical pianist Stephen Spooner last night. It was a program of Scarlatti and the premiere of a new work by Mohammed Fairouz. He was playing the Steinway that Vladimir Horowitz used for recording.
Why do I mention this here?
When he was practicing, he played We Are The Champions.
P.S. Apropos of nothing, as soon as I uploaded it, the automatic content recognition system on YouTube issued a copyright claim against the song. By a composer who died in 1757.
That just made my day!! Fantastic!
I agree with you yojimbo, sometimes I really like people too
Heh. I started singing along just watching the video.
Awesome. Shared to FB and Twitter.

First, draw a big circle, labeled “Queen fans”.
Then, inside of that, draw another circle, labeled “people”.
Now, inside of that one, draw another circle, labeled “Green Day fans”.
