As in offal- thats right- eating lambs brains. I decided to cook some over the week end gone and trundled off to the butcher. They had some- $16 for a pack of six. That in my hasty maths worked out to $50 a kilogram (roughly $25 a pound). As that is twice the price of the best rib fillet, I said ‘No thanks’.
