On the Target website, a simple metal folding chair is priced at $299. For one chair.
This has to be a mistake, right? Or is the price for a set of 30 of those chairs or something? Or is the chair made of some kind of indestructible steel that can withstand the force of an atomic bomb?
How would something come to be mislabeled like this? Was it supposed to be 29.99?
This one is about $100 for 4 so that Target one must be priced wrong or it’s a big ripoff
But it’s padded!
You’d think that for $299 they could at less gift wrap the thing. 
I’m guessing it’s a set of four. They have similar chairs for $59.99. Plus the shipping weight is listed at 47 pounds.

I just ordered one. Can’t wait to see the look on the face of the local Target girl working returns the day I bring it in for my money back because it’s the wrong shade of taupe.

When you can buy 4 of the light beige folding chairs for a mere $139 the single $299 taupe folding chair had better be spot on because my friends would know an inferior shade when they saw one . . .

With Tennessee taxes as high as they are, they would add almost another $30. This is insane. It doesn’t even say that the padded parts are leather.
That’s always the problem with buying things on line; they try to hammer you on the shipping cost.
