That was what Powdered Toast Man did after he becomes the president, the crisis IIRC was that the president had his zipper stuck… on the presidential private parts as it was implied.

Yeah, but I thought there were other times too. For instance, in the episode where stimpy has 9 lives, I think one of them is reading a newspaper which has an obituary for stimpleton Kadoogan.
I thought there were other instances where Ren would address him as Stimpleton.
