Texas woman charged with murder for ‘self-induced abortion’

We really need to have a separate special thread just for Texas political atrocities. (I posted this same story, and this same comment, in another thread – I think it was SRIOTD2.) Maybe we should also have a special thread for Florida political atrocities.

Do we have a specific Pit thread for the political atrocities happening in Texas, or does that just go in this thread? Texas woman arrested for performing a “self-induced abortion”, charged with murder, jailed on $500,000 bail. (This article is a bit outdated already, I saw a later one somewhere that she is now out on $500,000 bail after two nights in jail.)
