Two separate Republican guys were charged with two separate murders. The Republican part has nothing to do with the murders, but the second guy clearly had some issues, so maybe they are not the best candidates for office?
Kyle Hayden Lewter, who had done campaign work for former U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks and former U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions, 2022 chairman of Madison County Young Republicans and works for Alabama State Sen. Tom Butler, has been charged with murder in Alabama. Another article about the murder with more details here.
“Big Dan” Rodimer, a Republican candidate who ran unsuccessfully for Congress in Nevada in 2020 with the backing of President Donald J. Trump, surrendered to the police on Wednesday after being charged with murdering a man last year in Vegas.
Paywalled, so I can’t read it, but it begs the question, did he do it just to watch him die? Or does that only happen in Reno?
