Trump’s left hand (the one on the woman’s shoulder) also has something weird going on in the pinky area. Oh, and the fingers on his right hand (at the other woman’s waist) are abnormally skinny.
His hand is not on the waist of the woman on his right. It’s on her shoulder. It’s difficult to see because of the False band across the picture. I think your seeing wrinkles on the shirt the woman is wearing.
Both the index finger and pinkie appear to have no fingernails!

Recall that when, during the 2012 campaign, Nugent said or posted something akin to, “If Obama is re-elected, I’ll probably be dead or in jail within a year”, he did indeed get a visit from the USSS. His post-visit comments were a lot more docile. A la, “Hey, they left as my friends”.
I see two ways Nugent’s statement could be interpreted: 1) He was opining that Obama was a ruthless dictator who would kill or jail his critics**; and, 2) He was threatening to commit some act that would actually merit his arrest or killing. The first one is protected speech; the USSS seems to have interpreted the statement the second way.
** Despite, curiously, not having done so during four years in office.
I don’t know about this effigy thing being all bad. I could definitely see a Halloween party with a piñata for every president we’ve had. Why not? The presidential election is just a few days after Halloween. The fillings could be some kind of candy connected with that president’s life. For example, cherry candies for Washington, Baby Ruth candy bars for Cleveland, circus peanuts for Carter, jelly beans for Reagan, a batch of those candy hearts with IOU on them for Trump, etc. Feel free to add your own ideas.
