The Republican Party is the Party of Evil

Your view is stupid.

Thanks for that articulate, finely reasoned, thoughtful opinion. The clarify that you created is a noble example of the stupendous heights the human mind can achieve with unending and tireless work.

How about:

“You’re entitled to your opinion, but you are not entitled to have your opinion inform my decisions.”

Why would I have to use reason to refute your dipsht feels?

What you can gratuitously assert, I can gratuitously throw in the fucking garbage.

Really though, aren’t his emotions more important than you getting to decide if you want a child or not?

Totally OK.
I agree you can make any choice that you want.

Your fellow travellers would call you a RINO and throw you under the bus for even THINKING of letting someone make a choice in this matter.
That is what is known as “pro choice”

Then why have republicans not enacted laws forbidding it? (They had plenty time controlling both houses)
Because they don’t care about abortions, it is too useful an “issue” to whip up support from idiots like you.

Preventing abortions is about creating an environment where mothers feel safe to have a child. All things required for that safety are exactly what republicans are against. They pretend to care about abortions, v by their hypocrisy is shown by their level of care about the baby after it is born.

You are falling for a very simple and obvious trick.

(I want nobody to feel they need an abortion. But I definitely don’t want a women who feel she should have one not to have access to someone who can help them.)

Please stop the hijack about abortion.
This is a thread for liberals to make up motivations that Republicans have out of thin air, demonize them, and feel morally superior.
Unless you have some evidence about your claims, but you don’t.
All you have is speculation, baseless, and without merit.

A someone that comes from a country where all abortions are banned, I have to say that you are deluded about that not being evil.

But, unlike as you say, I already cited with evidence about what evil lurks in the minds of the current Republican party, a good example is how they voted against the Violence Against Women Act, AFAIK, Republicans are now voting against just because it also protects LQBT people. The cruelty is the point.

Not taking into account of how evil is to allow the Republicans in many states to take away that choice you are talking about here is very naive. Please check @Snowboarder_Bo’s post #325 about the Republican party deluded reasons to change the rules for voting.

I read your link. It had nothing to do with healthy adult women who could give the gift of life to another human being if she would not terminate her pregnancy.

Because I was not referring to them, you numnuts. Just point at what does happen if your evil absolutism prevails. Incidentally as others pointed out, no one that decides to keep a baby under hard times is forced to not do it, that is what happens when one accepts a pro-choice point of view.

You’re the one who started the hijack about abortion in your post #317, where you irrelevantly interrupted a strand of several dozen posts discussing the extent to which Republican ideology or policies could be regarded as separable from Trumpism, which is what this thread is nominally about.

If you don’t want this thread to discuss the morality of abortion rights, then maybe quit bringing the subject up?

Please pit me so we can do this right.

Apology accepted, no worries.

Don’t you think it’s up to the woman in question whether she wants to bring forth life? Given that it’s her being that’s needed to perform the miracle? And her being afterwards to take care of it? I do. But then again I AM a woman so maybe i’m a tad partial to being able to decide for myself and not leave it to some sanctimonious fuckwit harping about “The gift of life”.

AKA, “this is not going my way”

“Let’s talk about abortion!”

“Okay - here are several reasons why the Republican Party’s approach to abortion supports the view that they are evil.”

“…I don’t want to talk about abortion anymore…”

Hey guys. It’s his choice if he wants to terminate the conversation.

We shouldn’t get to decide for him.
