The Republican Party is the Party of Evil

More projection than a multiplex.

Yeah, it must be so simple to be a Republican/conservative propagandist these days. You just plagiarize all the accurate accusations that Democrats/liberals have been making against your outrageously nefarious actions, switch the names around, and republish.

The crowd that believes in astrology, the healing power of crystals, who were the original anti-vaxxers (Big Pharma!!!), psychics, manifestation, tarot cards and other such woo are susceptible to QAnon bullshit? I’m shocked.

Probably just as loony tunes as evil…

C-PAC 2022 “Events” (meaning…symposia? dumb speeches?)

  • Domestic Terrorists Unite
  • Fight woke, Inc.
  • Fire Fauci
  • Obamacare Still Kills
  • The Truth About January 6th
  • School Boards For Dummies
  • Lock Her Up, FOR REAL
    (among others)

Someone spike the punchbowl with acid or something.

Like, fuck these assholes, if this is as close as they get to “policy”. Basically - let shit burn, that’s what the Republican Party is all about, and really not a whole hell of a lot more. No “moderate” side will be overcoming this shit now.
The eventual primaries will be a gross fucking zoo, gunning for the most vile, the loudest, the most wretched.

Republicans are literally siding with a dictator who has invaded a democracy. How the fuck do they live with themselves?

They were pretty much trying to do that in THIS country.

I thought you were kidding, but some of those are for real. Wow!

I like how they have Larry Kudlow talking after the Moron in Chief session. You’d have to work pretty hard to find someone as wrong about everything as Larry Kudlow.

Yeah, I know. Can we please drop this idea that pops up in this board from time to time that there are good Republicans?

People here will ask “where have all the good Republicans that used to be on this board gone?” They are marching in Charlottesville with the Nazis, they are storming the Capitol to prevent our democratic elections and now they are in a Russian tank storming Kyiv.

Amongst the general population, I agree.

Amongst the company he keeps, it’s probably a coin toss.

Don’t forget these other events:

  • Lock Downs and Mandates: Now Do You Understand Why We Have a Second Amendment
  • Ain’t Feelin the Bern
  • They Can’t Shut Us Up! That one has the esteemed Empty Greene on the “panel”
  • Put Him to Bed, Lock Her Up and Send Her to the Border
  • The Moron in Chief
  • The Government is Dangerous to Your Health
  • Biden’s Breadlines

The Republican party is the party of evil, and the party of mouth-breathing dipshits. Good god almighty…could they get any more idiotic? I wonder if the conservatives on this board are proud of this conference?

Yeah I’ll be using this thread more often…

That white nationalist emthusiasm just seems to be getting harder and harder to contain itself, evidently.

Just come out and fucking say what you are.

And this nice little cupcake, Arizona GOP Senator Wendy Rogers, at an America First Political Action Conference in Florida on Friday:

Nice, but I was thinking more along the lines of Kurtz’s “foyer” with bodies hanging from the trees, or just a bunch of heads on pikes in front of gov’t buildings - that’ll learn “those” to be a little less uppity, or something.

It makes me wonder if the average GOP voter there in Arizona is thinking “SSsssshhhh! STFU with that shit, you’re making us look bad!”, or raising a fist in the air and bellowing “Yeeaaahhhhh!”.

Wake me when you find a Republican who doesn’t have ties to white supremacy. It’s a white supremacist movement.

I’m gonna nominate Mitt Romney, unless you’re counting “being in the same Party with” as “having ties with” then nope.

I almost agree with her, although I might not be thinking of the same “high-level criminals” she is.

Chris Christie for all of his faults, not a white supremacist at least.
Chris Smith (NJ Congressman) again for all of his faults, not a white supremacist.
Liz Cheney, not a white supremacist.
Romney was mentioned.
Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger.
Susan Collins of Maine, who is not without issues, also not a white supremacist.
Larry Hogan, Governor of Maryland.

Guy comes to sell me a truckload of apples.
When he pulls up, I can smell the stench of the rot from 20 yards.
Looking in the truck, I can see the brown rotten apples with flies circling.

“Nope, I won’t be buying these - they are rotten and disgusting.”

The dude pulls out 7 apples from the pile: “Here! Look at these ones! They are not rotten!”

“No thanks buddy. 7 good apples out of a truckload is not enough to make me buy this stinking rotten mess. You should just head to the dump with the whole lot.”

You know, I didn’t strain to find those 7. I don’t disagree the current party is full of shitheads, racists, fascists and other assholes. But there are also still many basically good people that don’t agree with you ideologically in the Republican Party.

I was just responding to madmonk28’s post.

I would love to see the Republican Party expel the racists. When Reagan opened the big tent he set in motion the ruination of the Republican Party. Because in came those damn Dixiecrats and Theocrats which is the basis of the current idiots and evil with far too much sway over the current party.

I was a Republican, I haven’t been one for decades now. But I can still appreciate the other party has many good people in it. Maybe they won’t in another 10 years though. Especially if we don’t get back to more normal dialogue.

I would say the North East Republicans are still mostly more moderate or at least not White Supremist.

I agree. The problem is that the GOP is like a ship that’s taken on enough water to start tipping, and the more it tips the faster it takes on water. The worse the GOP gets, the worse the type of people it attracts (as AFPAC horrifically shows). No matter how fast the minority of sensible people bail, it’s almost certainly too late to save the party and they’re stuck deciding whether to abandon the ship or go down with it.

One big advantage of doing this is that they’ll be able to hold the next national party convention around the corner table at Applebee’s.
