Both my SO and I enjoy the show. His birthday is coming up. Does anyone know where I could get a model kit of the ship, or a detailed die-cast model? He’d love it!

In the spirit of the original special effects, you could make your own out of cardboard.
Or, for a hardcore DIY approach, there’s this papercraft model of Kryten’s head. I’ve built a few models, but this one really looks hard and, unless I’m missing something, it’s lacking step-by-step instructions.
Still, a poorly-assembled one might be good for a laugh.
