I read all the replies. It’s been said that it’s been done before with disasterous results…but reading some old topics, and paying attention to sig lines…I read that Melin was voted best Mod…Coldfire, most likely to post drunk…and other misc awards in signatures back in 2000ish.
If this is such a bad idea then from what did those sig lines come from? There had to have been an “awards” of the SDMB at one time that was fun and a success for people to want to show off what award they got.
I was just trying to recreate that, but since nobody save for one took this, I guess totaling up the votes will be a cinch. Everyone on Iampunha’s list wins what he put them as.
Unless, of course, some others wish to get their votes in.
