For those who don’t know… the See Clearly Method is a series of eye exercises that supposedly help increase the function of your eyes and help you rely less on your eyegear (glasses/contacts.) Or even help you eliminate their needs.
So I constantly hear ads for this. I did a google search for info and the one actual website I found that did any sort of discussion on this said its effectiveness is likely to be slight.
The see clearly website (seeclearlymethod.com) seems to make it very clear that they promise nothing. (Or at least, it seems to me, it is conspicuously missing.) What they say is basically results will vary from person to person.
So, it seems like a big load of hooey, but then, the site that talked about it weren’t entirely down on it. Even their one person who actually tried it said it helped her handle brightness (she has severe eye problems and used to not be able ot go outside w/o sunglasses.) So maybe its not a bunch of hooey? I don’t know?
I guess what I’m wondering is if anybody out there has tried this, or knows somebody who has tried this or something similar. How did it work out? Is it worth trying even for slight changes or is it just a big waste of money and not worth whatever slight change you’ll get?
Well, my husband bought the See Clearly method but neither one of us has been persistent in using it. It’s sitting in a box in the bedroom. I’m just too lazy to spend that much time with it. If it’s done consistently like 3 times a week or something maybe it’ll do some good, I don’t really know.
